a number of made to order styles may be assembled with components showing negligible signs of wear, these are an integral part of the look and contribute to the unique aspect of the garment.

 

shipping 

 

please allow 72 hours for order processing unless an item is listed as a pre-order.

all orders ship from london, uk. 

once an item ships an email with tracking information will be sent, allowing the customer to follow the delivery process. 

shipping times vary between 3-10 business days.

please allow up to two weeks for production of made to order pieces prior to their shipment date.

 

returns

 

all orders are final, the size and colour cannot be adjusted and orders can’t be cancelled after the order is placed. please ensure when placing an order that you wish to purchase the item and that you are happy with terms and conditions.

if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, exchanges for the same item in another size are accepted for full-priced items within 7 days of delivery. all merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

final sale: sale items and discounted orders are non-returnable.

shipping: customers must cover all exchange shipping expenses.

exchanges: fulfillment depends on current inventory availability.

to begin an exchange, please email sales@guirosa.com with your order number and the reason for the request. further instructions will be provided upon approval. we reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with these requirements.
